Refunds

Returning faulty goods

If a product is faulty, we will issue a free of charge replacement product or part. This will be delivered in the same way as the original product. Alternatively, we can offer a full refund if preferred.
 

Returning goods which are no longer required

If you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake, we charge a 25% handling fee plus carriage to return your goods. Return requests must be made in writing within 5 days and products must be returned unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
